many costumed people arriving on the town square
where many of the stores
give out treats for both children and adults.

Late afternoon begins
the "Best Costume" contest.
Teen Trick time starts
in the early evening as they run up and down the Highway
spraying each other
with soap (and, of course, the occasional egg).
